Welcome to Neelkanth villa Raiwala. Nested on the Ganga bank, villa offers a serene and peaceful retreat. Its an independent villa with huge private garden in 500 yards with 3 bedroom each tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities like AC, TV, Kitchen, Fridge, Wi-Fi perfect for family, friends and couples. Pets are welcome. You can also enjoy fresh organic vegetables from our own vegetable garden. Driver accommodation is available separately with additional charges. The space Welcome to our serene and spacious villa, perfect for families and small groups. The property features three well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, air conditioning, television, and a private balcony with a cozy sitting area. Indoor seating is also available in each room for added comfort. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests: 6 on beds (2 per room) and 3 on extra floor mattresses (provided on request) For large group, 2 more person can be accommodated in nearby "Neelkanth Riverside" subjected to availability and with additional charges. Property Layout: Ground Floor: Open for guests to relax, enjoy the garden, or host a small gathering. First Floor: Includes 1 bedroom, a living area, a fully functional kitchen, and laundry space. Music system is available on request. Second Floor: Features the remaining 2 bedrooms with private balconies. For bookings of 2 guests, access will be provided to the ground floor, which includes 1 bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. For bookings of 3–4 guests, an additional bedroom on the second floor will be opened. For bookings of 5 or more guests, you will have access to the entire villa. Please note, there are no shared bookings. Even if you book for 2 guests, the property will be exclusively yours, ensuring complete privacy. A caretaker visits once in the morning and once in the evening for assistance and daily cleaning. Apart from these visits, the space remains entirely private. A separate driver’s accommodation with bathroom and pantry is available on the ground floor, with a private entrance. This can be arranged upon request at an additional charge. For senior citizens or guests who may have difficulty using stairs, our ground-floor unit, “Neelkanth Riverside”, located on the river-facing side, offers a more convenient option. Guests may book “Neelkanth Riverside” separately if required. 🍳 Kitchen Access & Rules Guests are welcome to use the following free of cost: Microwave, Refrigerator, Electric kettle, Gas stove for tea, coffee, or boiling milk.
