For the exact location, you can search "srithana condo 1" in Maps. You can do everything by walking :). /!\ Please notice it's possible that there is renovation noise in the condo. We cannot know in advance if there will have noise or not. Noise is not allowed before 9AM and not after 5PM. Please don't book if you need a noise guarantee /!\ The space Guest usually love the big table in wood to have some work done, the second monitor provided (& keyboard), and the internet fiber 300Mbps. All the necessaries to cook are provided, as well as the necessaries for bathroom, such as shampoo, conditionner, soap, towels... The room has a smart TV. You'll also enjoy the 4 good speakers (can connect in bluetooth), and the air purifier to save your health in the burning season. There are security guards, and parking for your motorbike (we'll provide you advices if you wish to rent a bike). /!\ We have many other apartments available for monthly rental, feel free to contact us :) /!\ Other things to note Please notice that like in all buildings, it's possible that there is noise from renovation from other appartments. We have absolutely no control on that, since it's a residential condominium. Noise is allowed from 9am to 5pm. Most of the time there is no "huge noise for hours", but I cannot guarantee that you will have a perfect silence from 9am to 5pm. Please don't book if you need a noise guarantee, we cannot provide it (so sorry).
