Indulge in comfort with brand new queen beds and modern amenities. Enjoy convenience with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot provided, along with cable TV and Roku streaming. Outside, your own covered carport and propane grill await, complete with fuel and tools. Relax in style with table and chairs on the grassy area outside. Your perfect Park Rapids getaway starts here! PARKING Guests of Cabin #5 are allowed up to 2 vehicles to park on the property. Permission from our management team is required for additional vehicles and trailers as parking is limited. The cabin has an attached carport, suitable for one vehicle. Additional parking for a second vehicle is available on the grass area across from the cabin. PETS - Dogs are permitted with prior approval. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances. - Pre-approval is required. You must provide the age, breed, and weight of your dog(s) when inquiring or booking. - A pet fee will apply and is based on the information you provide. - Failure to disclose pets prior to arrival may result in eviction without refund and/or additional charges. SITE MANAGEMENT To ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable, our dedicated site managers are available in Cabin #1 to assist you with any requests, questions, or concerns during your stay. AMENITIES - For your convenience, we also sell firewood! Pre-order for $6 per bundle ($8 per bundle if purchased on-site). - The basement of the main brick house is the Resort's community game room and coin laundry area for all guests of the Resort to enjoy. - Spring/Summer - Canoes, kayaks and outdoor toys are available to our guests first come, first served. All items borrowed must be put away neatly after each use. PONTOON RENTAL At Riverside Point Resort, we offer a pontoon for guests to rent on-site from the 3rd weekend in May to the 2nd Weekend of October. The pontoon is capable of pulling tubers and also features AM/FM Radio, plenty of storage and a nice shade canopy so you can comfortably enjoy everything Fish Hook River/Lake has to offer during your stay! *IMPORTANT INFO/RULES* -$500 damage deposit per pontoon rental. - The first full tank of fuel is provided. Each refueling thereafter will be charged to the guest. - Fuel for the pontoon is sold on-site for $6.50/gallon. - Lifejackets are provided. In addition, the basement of the Main Brick House is a common area offering coin laundry and a game room for all guests of the Resort, providing a fun escape with a pool table, ping pong table, darts, chess and an array of card and board games. In addition, guests are able to venture to the resort's "Riverside Point" where a grassy peninsula awaits on the shores of Fish Hook River. Here, fire pits with inviting benches offer a place to gather and enjoy the beauty of nature, while a dock stands ready for boating or fishing adventures. We provide kayaks, canoes and other small self-propelled water vessels for complementary use (first-come, first served). Firewood can be pre-ordered for $6 per bundle or $8 per bundle on site. We also have a pontoon available for rent so our guests can enjoy all Fish Hook River/Lake has to offer during their stay! For the angler at heart, a fish house with running water provides a convenient spot to clean and prepare your catch of the day, while water toys, floaties, life jackets, and beach toys await in the nearby shed, promising endless hours of outdoor fun. Other things to note PET POLICY We understand that pets are part of the family, and we're happy to consider allowing your dog to join you during your stay. We do not allow cats. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have established the following pet policy: - Dog Information: Guests must provide the age, breed, and weight/size of their dog(s) when inquiring. Approval is based on this information. - Approval & Fees: If you dog is approved, an additional pet fee will apply. We will send a separate payment request for this fee upon booking. - Rules & Restrictions: Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and fully vaccinated. Dogs must be leashed when outside, unless they are in the designated off-leash area. Please clean up after your dog and keep them off the furniture. We reserve the right to decline certain breeds, sizes, or multiple dogs. - Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their dog(s). Unauthorized pets may result in a penalty fee and possible eviction without refund. SERVICE ANIMALS ADA-recognized service animals are always welcome throughout the resort. Owners should please observe and follow the service animal behavioral policy below: Service animals must be under the control of their handler at all times. Service animals should remain on a leash or harness unless doing so interferes with the animal's ability to perform its duties or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animal and for any damages the animal may cause to the property or other guests. We request that guests with service animals inform our reservations team at the time of booking, so we can ensure the most comfortable accommodation for you and your service animal. For the purpose of this policy, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA guidelines and are therefore not allowed within the resort without prior approval from management.
