The space OUTDOOR OASIS: As a guest, you will enjoy exclusive use of a sparkling gated saltwater pool complete with a rockslide, waterfall cave, diving board, and beach entry. Relax in the poolside JACUZZI. Swim up to in-water seating and enjoy a beverage! Enjoy outdoor dining during sunset on the COVERED POOL DECK. BBQ included. NOTES: The Pool area is open from 8 am to 11:30 pm daily. The pool is not heated, but stays nice throughout the summer. The Jacuzzi can be heated anytime year-round, upon request. After your arrival make arrangements with the host when you would like use the outdoor Jacuzzi or the waterfall slide. The free Jacuzzi will run for one 4-hour session per day. Additional guidelines, coordination and fees may apply. • Larger gatherings or fully produced events' such as private celebrations, separate coordination outside of Airbnb is required. This approach allows us to maintain a high-quality experience for all guests while ensuring every event is properly supported. • Any gatherings that take place and have not been approved are subject to termination of stay. • To protect the privacy and experience of our guests, property visits are available by appointment only and are limited to brief scheduled walkthroughs in designated exterior areas of the estate. Tours are typically no longer than 15 minutes and may not be available during private events. Guest access While facing the house, the door for this unit is located on the left side of the house. For a seamless arrival experience, a unique passcode for the keypad will be sent prior to check-in, giving you access to the unit.
