The studio is located on the 1st floor in a building that does not provide a lift at 756 Aleja Niepodległości St. There are two other units in the building: a 3-person with mezzanine and a 2-person. The layout includes a room with a sofa bed and access to a small balcony, a functional kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Guests are provided with including WiFi. Parking is possible on the street - possible parking meter charges. As of 01.01.2020, when making a booking for a date with an end date in 2020 and beyond for the purpose of business, the Guest is obliged to indicate his/her wish to collect a VAT invoice immediately after making the booking. If the Property does not receive information from the Guest about the form of preferred invoice within 24 hours of making the reservation, the Property will issue a fiscal receipt by default. The Property can only issue a VAT invoice at the time of sale without first issuing a fiscal receipt. If the Guest has a fiscal receipt without a VAT number and asks for an invoice to be issued to the company, the Facility has the right to refuse to issue the document citing Article 106 b(5) of the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on Value Added Tax and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1520).
