You can stroll to Coxos, Ribeira d'Ilhias or São Lourenço beach in a couple of minutes and enjoy a day with swimming, surfing and beach restaurantes. Experience a blend of history and modern luxury in our 300-year-old house, that got a complete renovation 2024. BREAKFAST can be provided every morning, 15€ pp, served upon request. The stylish home features two beautifully designed bedrooms, a spacious dining area, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with handcrafted Portuguese tiles and artisan porcelain. You will find a shared pool with a shower outside, where you’ll find two inviting areas perfect for relaxation, dining, and BBQs. Guest access You will have full private access to the entire house and exterior, except the swimming pool that is placed in the house next to yours and shared with the host. Other things to note PARTIES are not allowed. Stays over night by people outside the reservation are not allowed without prior notice and authorization. Between May 1 and October 31, the rate is €2.20 per night. From November 1 to April 30, the tax decreases to €1.10 per night. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over, with a cap of seven nights per stay. This revenue supports local infrastructure and tourism-related services in response to increased visitor numbers, which impact local facilities and resources. POOL Do not bring sand into the pool. There is an outside shower. Glass cups are not allowed in the pool area, we have plastic cups. FURNITURE It is not allowed to move or change the position of furniture. Damage in the house (walls/floor/...) and furniture will result in repair costs. It is not permitted to remove furniture outside the local accommodation.
