Elegant apartment, equipped with all comforts and finely furnished, is located 150m from the bus stop Tintoretto/ Baldovinetti. The area is full of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, tobacco and supermarkets. It is located 28' walk from the station of Laurentina, with which you can reach in about an hour, all the beauties of the Eternal City. The area is located in close proximity to several offices and companies. It’s ideal for a holiday stay or a business trip. The space The apartment is very spacious and bright, it is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator. It consists of two living areas with large windows with balcony, which make it very bright. In the comfortable living room there is a 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complete the area, a comfortable sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a hob, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, various utensils. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with French bed, a large walk-in closet and a balcony, the two single rooms are also equipped with a balcony. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and the other with a bathtub. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six total guests. Parking outdoor. Guest access In order to facilitate the entry of our guests into the apartment, we decided to make our structure smart for opening the door by choosing an electronic lock. Our guests can open the door by web app or by entering a code on the keypad.
