From the entrance, turn left and then right and then turn right again. To go up to the third floor you can use both the elevator and the stairs. Entering the Central Apartment, you find yourself in the daytime area of the house with the large living room connected to the kitchen, with a dining table and bathroom adjacent to the daytime area. In the same room, there is air conditioning and a sofa with TV to enjoy the best moments of relaxation. The day side is very bright and warm from the early hours of the morning but it is certainly not a problem with the motorized shutter system (mounted throughout the house); while in the evening the room is refreshed by the mix of sea-mountain breeze coming from Monte Faito. The room features a balcony with mountain views. Walking down the hallway you arrive in the night side that has the 3 bedrooms and the other bathroom of the house. In the hallway there is a large closet where you can store suitcases and more without taking up space in the rooms. The bedrooms with double beds are equipped with air conditioning and walk-in closets. The two bathrooms feature a sink, toilet, bidet and shower stall. Central Apartment also has 2 balconies, one with an internal façade in the condominium and another with an external façade with mountain views. On the balcony facing the interior, there is the laundry side with a washing machine and clothesline with wires. Guest access Guests will have the entire place to themselves. Other things to note For extra services such as additional sheets, towel sets, and more, you can ask your host for an additional fee. Please respect check-in time, except in extraordinary cases! Pets are also allowed. Up to one pet is included in the price, upon notice! In the case of more than one pet, a surcharge of 40 euros per pet per stay applies, in which case notify the host.
