The space One bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in room and newly remodeled dedicated bathroom in a remodeled mining house situated on a large property that backs up to open valley at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Beautiful views of the mountains from your front deck. Hot tub and BBQ, propane fire pit available for your use on the back deck with a seasonal creek. Access to dining room and kitchen. dining room doubles as a large work space. Take a walk to the tree swing and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Dog friendly home. Our dogs are dog and people friendly but will not be in your space. Guest access Guests have access to the room, the bathroom which is yours exclusively throughout your stay and is accessed by shared hallway, the entire front and side yard with hot tub and BBQ, creekside deck, plus adjacent land. Guests may use kitchen and dining room to prepare and eat meals. Entry is through the front of the house. (Not a separate entrance) We are on site and happy to provide information on things to do and see. During your stay We are on site or nearby. Message through the app or call with any questions.
