NO parties, events; no pets; no smoking; not suitable for children; maximum occupancy 2 guests. The space ℹ️ No power cuts in this house. ✨ We have heating, cold and hot water in the apartment. ⭐️ In case of change, if there will be power outages in the house, during power outages: - power station Bluetti 3840W (for laptop or cell phone charging, hair dryer, desk lamp, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooktop etc. You can cook with portable WMF cooktop, have tea and coffee, charge devices, use WiFi etc during power outages). - we always have working WiFi (internet modem is plugged into the power station) ℹ️ At the moment, there are scheduled power outages overall in Kyiv. ⭐️Nearest official shelter is 2 minutes walk across the park to the Zoloti Vorota (ukr: Golden Gates) subway station. Entrance to the subway is free during air raid. ⭐️There is a basement in the house. ⭐️We provide 1 yoga mat and 2 blankets that you can take with you to the shelter. ⭐️Comfortable 4th floor to walk, and there is an elevator as well. There are 10 steps of the staircase to climb up to the elevator from the ground floor. ⭐️Self check-in 24/7 with a smart lock. 🧳🎒 There is a possibility to store your luggage before your check-in or after your check-out. No IQOS, no cigarettes, no e-cigarettes etc. Smoking in the apartment, on the balcony or in the house results in $300 fine. ▫️NO PARTIES/EVENTS. We have a security camera and a doorbell camera outside of the apartment, monitoring our front door and the hallway of our apartment building. We have 24/7 access to these cameras. 👶 This apartment is NOT safe or suitable for children or infants. 🚗 No assigned parking space. Free or payed street parking. There is more possibility to find (free or payed) street parking space on weekends or non-business hours on weekdays. Payed underground parking (different price and distance to the apartment options are available).
