Very quiet neighborhood located within walking distance of 3 restaurants. Remodeled in 2024 with all new furnishings (except the antique brass bed in the 2nd bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments as well, plus a keurig machine and coffee pods. Unique that we have mango trees, guava trees, and a papaya tree plus a lemon tree. When in season, feel free to pick your fresh fruit! Mangos-August, Guavas-August, September, and March, Lemons December-February, and papaya in June. The space This 2 bedroom is around 1,200 square feet with a large shower/bathroom. 75 inch tv in the living room. Filtered water for drinking is available. Patio table and furnishings outside for your enjoyment as well. I believe you will find that this property has many more items within it than most rental properties. STR PERMIT 16318928 for town of Fountain Hills. Guest access Please walk to the back of the home to enter your casita. Parking is on the "angled" driveway that cuts across the corner of the property. There is a small sidewalk that takes you to the casita at the back of the house. Other things to note Please note that the earlier 11 reviews were for another property on the beaches of Mexico which we no longer own. I thought it good to let you know that these reviews indicate the manor in which we maintain our rental property. You won't be disappointed! Also, please note that there is a water purification spigot available for your filtered drinking water. For those staying at our casita, please carefully check to ensure you've not left anything. If you do leave something and want to recover it, there will be a charge for handling and freight.
