Entering through the front door, you are met with an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly includes the living room, and just around the corner, you'll discover the kitchen and dining areas. Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings including a cozy sectional seating, accent chairs and a 60" Smart TV. Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is a chef's paradise, equipped with stainless steel appliances that cater to all your culinary needs. Its large island provides seating for four, creating an inviting space perfect for hosting gatherings and entertaining guests. Start your day with a coffee from the coffee bar, or unwind in the evening with a drink from the bar area, complete with a built-in wine fridge. Dining Room: The dining area offers seating for eight guests and is accentuated by contemporary lighting and a 55-inch Smart TV. Additional seating is available nearby, along with easy access to the backyard.
