Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed. Strict rule. EXTRAS Extra Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. No pets allowed Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart SECURITY There are cameras on the outside of the property. Porter does not own or has access to the footage. However we disclose all the camera per owner POSSIBLE CONSTRUCTION NEARBY This is a new subdivision.
