Villa Noni, a luxury villa with private Jacuzzi, located in the gated community Marbella Estate in Jan Thiel, Curaçao. The villa meets all the needs of up to 6 people and is also very child-friendly. Within 4 minutes you are on the beach of Jan Thiel and then you take a lovely dip in the communal swimming pool or you relax in the 8-person private Jacuzzi. The wicker lamps, carpets and accessories give you a coastal vibe, and that of course fits with a villa in Curaçao. As a cherry on top, we decided to opt for the luxury of an 8-person Jacuzzi. At the resort itself, there is already a huge communal swimming pool within walking distance, so there is no shortage of swimming fun. However, the Jacuzzi will also provide the evenings with wonderful relaxation under the stars, in the privacy of your own villa. In addition to standard equipment, the modern kitchen is also equipped with a Nespresso machine with milk frother and a Magic Bullet. So you don't have to leave the house for all your smoothies and coffees. If you do go out, we know some addresses! In the villa, there is a good Wi-Fi connection, so you can still watch your Netflix series via the smart TV. For the offline guests, we also have traditional board games ready. And for the youngest guests, toys are available. Air conditioning is available throughout the villa, including in the living room, which is certainly not always the case in Curaçao. The Villa is secured with an alarm system, and there is also a safe for small valuables. Villa Noni has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double king-size box spring (180-200cm) of excellent quality. The beds are provided with lovely cotton bedding. Towels and a beach towel will be ready for everyone on the bed. The master bedroom also has a spacious wardrobe and has folding doors to the garden. The master bedroom also has an en suite bathroom. This bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. You will also find a hair dryer and a hair straightener here. There is also an iron and a garment steamer. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single box springs (90x200cm) which can also be made into a double bed if desired. The third bedroom is equipped with a king-size double box spring (180x200cm) that can also be made into 2 single box springs (90x200cm). In this way, the layout of the villa can be delivered as desired. The little sleepers have also been thought of. For this, we have camping beds available with a normal and good mattress (60x120cm). Next to the third bedroom is the second bathroom, which could also be an en-suite bathroom through an extra door. This bathroom also has a spacious walk-in shower. Outside, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, an ironing board and a laundry rack. There are also some beach toys for the young guests. Villa Noni is located in a beautiful gated community, Marbella Estate, in Jan Thiel, Curaçao. The resort has a very spacious shared swimming pool of 25 by 5 meters with a large shallow children's pool. In addition, there is also a rear exit, so you can be at Jan Thiel Beach in just 4 minutes by car. The Caracasbaai is also very close, as well as the Spanish Water, which is popular with water sports enthusiasts. A little further away, you will find Mambo Beach, 9 minutes away by car, and within 14 minutes you can reach the city center of Willemstad. Everything within easy reach for a wonderful relaxing vacation on the great island of Curaçao. Guest access The entire villa and garden with Jacuzzi may be used by our guests. With the exception of the linen closet, which is only accessible to the cleaning lady. At Marbella Estate, there is also a large communal swimming pool with children's pool available for free use. There are amenities such as a shower and a toilet. The front entrance gate may be used by our guests as well as the entrance gate at the rear of Marbella Estate, which is a faster route to Jan Thiel Beach. Other things to note Water and electricity are not included in the rental price. The manager will record and note the meter readings before and after your stay. The consumption will then be deducted from the deposit.
