Villa Luciana – Ocean-view house in Son Bou

Villa Luciana is located in Son Bou, a 15-minute walk to the beach. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with a shower, a spacious and bright living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property also has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room. On the lower floor, you will find the private pool and parking. The house also has a barbecue. The terraces run along the entire ocean-facing façade and offer unobstructed views, with several spaces for relaxing. The space Villa Luciana is a 140 m² house spread over two levels. On the lower level, you will find the private parking area and the pool, surrounded by a masonry bench where you can sunbathe and relax. From the parking area, you can access the house by climbing a few steps that lead to the main terrace and the entrance to the living room. The living room is spacious and bright, featuring a large sofa with a chaise longue, armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, and a TV. From the living room, a short staircase leads up to the sleeping area, where the three double bedrooms and the two bathrooms with showers are located, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning with a cooling and heating pump. On the other side of the living room is the dining room, located in a separate but open space, connected by an archway. The dining room has a large table and direct access to the terrace. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary cooking utensils for your stay. Next to the kitchen, there is a small separate laundry room with a washing machine and an iron. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have open ocean views and connect to the outdoor area of the house, which runs along the entire ocean-facing façade. Outside, you will find various spaces to enjoy the outdoors: a covered terrace with a dining table, an area with lounge chairs and umbrellas next to the living room, and a separate chill-out terrace accessible from the kitchen. The house also has a barbecue. Guest access - The villa has Wi-Fi, bedding and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided. - The pool is for private use. Housekeeping is done once a week, usually first thing in the morning. - Inside, the house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, allowing for a comfortable temperature throughout the year. - The house also has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a clothesline, and an iron. - A crib and high chair are available upon request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. - The house is rented for exclusive use, so guests can enjoy all indoor and outdoor rooms with total privacy. - The villa has parking on the property. In addition, free parking is available on the surrounding streets. Other things to note - In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, effective December 2, 2024, online registration of all guests and payment of the tourist tax prior to arrival is mandatory. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. - The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night.
