By strict order of Lake Havasu City ordinance, quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us foster a respectful and harmonious community. SMOKING POLICY: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoke is detected indoors, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied to your reservation. However, we have provided a designated outdoor smoking area in the backyard for your convenience. CLEANING & SANITIZATION The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
