Two additional king-sized bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom, the other with a shared bathroom. The fourth bedroom the twin room, offers two small double beds and a shared bathroom. With three stunning bathrooms, two en-suite and one shared, guests are afforded privacy and comfort, with a separate vanity area and toilet conveniently located near the entrance. Guest access You will have exclusive access to this unique property. Guests can enjoy the entire house along with its amenities. Outside, you have access to the area enclosed by the post and rail fence, except for the closed garage and sheds. There is ample parking available for up to eight cars, with two covered bays. For your convenience, an EV charger is available in the open garage for paying guests. It features a Type 2 7kW connector. Other things to note House Guidelines; - Please treat our home as you would your own and leave it exactly as you have found it. - Parties and events are not allowed unless permitted. - Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the property — there’s a designated outdoor area you’re welcome to use. Unfortunately we will charge an additional cleaning fee of £250 if this rule is broken. - No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. - Only registered guests are permitted to stay. - We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum, especially after 10pm. - When heading out, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked. - Check-in is from 4pm onwards, and check-out is before 10am. - You’ll receive the full address and access details before arrival. Please take care of your keys — replacements can be costly if lost and this will be passed on. - A travel cot is available if needed. - If you're interested in filming at the property, feel free to reach out to discuss arrangements. - We’d really appreciate it if furniture stays in its current layout. - Please take care of the furnishings — any significant damage beyond normal use will incur additional charges. - We have two 'water areas' near to Clears Farm which parents with very young children should be aware of. Both are beyond the bounds of the farm. The first is a small stream at the bottom of the furthest field. It is a wonderful stream in to paddle with wellies but children should not be left unattended. The second is a dew pond to the right of the field (beyond the fence line), it is normally empty but heavy rain or dew and sit in the bottom. Pets - We’re happy to welcome dogs! - We kindly ask that dogs are kept off the furniture and out of the bedroom. - Whilst the majority of our large garden is fenced and wired, there is one side that is currently fenced but awaiting a wire mesh to make it secure - please be aware!
