Paradise awaits at this beautiful new apartment with an impressive outdoor pool near Flamingo Beach. Located just west of the Banco Nacional in Flamingo, Corales Dreams is a short walk to the beach, where the brand-new Marina Flamingo is located. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants, an excellent grocery store, a hardware store, a medical clinic, and two banks. If you enjoy longish walks on the beach, you’re within a short walking distance of the new marina and downtown Flamingo. The space The apartment enjoys a huge terrace (nearly 40 square meters) and is furnished with a teak table, two teak benches, and four beach chairs made by Nicaraguan artists. The sparkling saltwater pool (12.5 x 8 m) is one of the largest in the area and is ready to cool you down during warm days. Inside, you will discover a welcoming living area with a modern sofa, a large TV with about 700 channels, and furniture made of fine teak. The home is decorated with photos taken by a noted Spanish photographer and with paintings done by local artists. Prepare exquisite homemade meals in the adjacent ultramodern electric kitchen that has white cabinets, black quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island. The fully equipped kitchen also features a rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils. A gorgeous rectangular cedar table seats four. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have large wardrobes with drawers. The two bathrooms have showers, hot water, and cedar furniture, with beautiful mosaics on the walls. The larger bathroom has two square sinks. Additional perks include a BBQ grill, books for adults and children. We have just space for 2 vehicles in the garage. Other things to note Things to Know No golf carts are allowed on the property. We don't have electric cars charges. This vacation rental is located on a property where there are other homes. As such, there may be neighbors during your stay. Please resect silence hours. No animals are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. There is an additional administrator's room on the second floor. The administrator may stay there occasionally throughout the year, but the room could be closed and not accessible.
