The space This is an entire apartment in a historic building that is undergoing minor renovations year-round! It’s a stylish 1BR apartment, perfectly located in the Heart of Downtown Memphis next to Main Street. The stylish living space includes a well-stocked kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a recently renovated full bathroom. You’re walking distance to the Fedex Forum, Autozone Park, Cecil C. Humphrey’s Law School, Renasant Convention Center, World Famous Beale Street, and most of Downtown’s attractions- including an Uber to St. Jude and Lebonheur. The building has a really unique charm, with style-inspiration taken from French and Victorian influences. Welcome to your office space. Guest access As my guest, you will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. You will have private and exclusive use of the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Guests will also have access to the building's common areas such as the lounges, aquarium, coin-laundry room, elevators, & stairways. While you’re on the 19th floor, check out the view of the Memphis bridge’s light show. Take some time to discover some fascinating fish! Private access for guests and residents only. Our guests will have their own set of keys and access codes, so they can come and go as they please. The building provides a Courtesy Officer after 11pm, and the lobby door has a PIN pad for access. Other things to note PARKING: As far as parking, there are 3 options: (1) Metered Street Parking: Street parking meters run 8 am- 6pm and cost $1.50/hour (free on Sunday & holidays). (2) Premium Parking Garage: - 21 South Second Street (next to building): $26/ day. Can pay per license plate online & enter multiple times through app. (3) Parking Lot: there is a large parking lot right across the building. It offers hourly and daily parking. The daily cost is $15/day. Central parking is located at 157 Court Avenue. We perform routine pest control inspections but sometimes one may appear due to the age of the building (over 100 years old).
