Entry is easy and secure with smart locks, so you can check in and out on your own schedule. There is ample off-street parking available on the property. Please note that exterior security cameras are in place at the front and back entrances for safety and peace of mind. The beach trolley stop is just a short walk away, running every 30 minutes—perfect for easy access to the sand and surf without needing to drive. Other things to note House Rules Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Self check-in with smart lock General: No smoking inside the home. No parties or events. Please respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (family-friendly neighborhood). Pets: Dogs are welcome! Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet. There is a $150 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and keeping them off the furniture unless covered. Safety & Security: Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home (front and back entrances) for guest safety. Tampering with or disabling security equipment is not permitted. Parking: Off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways. Fire Pit & Grill: Please supervise children around the fire pit at all times. Be sure to turn off the grill after use. Cleaning & Laundry: A GE all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guest use.
