This is a peaceful residential neighborhood where quiet mornings and evenings are highly valued. - Morning Playtime: We know kids love to explore and have fun! If you’re traveling with children, we kindly ask that backyard playtime wait until after 10:00 a.m., and that noise is kept to a minimum in the early mornings. Thank you for understanding! - Security Devices: Covering or blocking the Ring camera or removing the Minut noise decibel monitor will incur a $500 fine. - Guest Limit: The home is for registered guests only. Additional unregistered guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee. - No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. An additional $250 cleaning fee will apply if violated. - Garage Access: The garage is off-limits to guests as it is used for storage. Thank you for your understanding! - Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Please ensure they are crated when you are not at home. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats or other pets. - Scheduled Services: Pest control and landscaping are routinely scheduled. You may see professionals working on the property during your stay. - No Fireworks: Fireworks are not allowed on the property or surrounding grounds under any circumstances. - For stays over 30 days: * Monthly utility allowance is $300 (water, trash, gas, electricity). Guests are responsible for any excess costs. * We provide a starter supply of essentials (toiletries, paper goods, cleaning items, coffee/tea).
