While your entrance is shared, your room remains your personal sanctuary, secured with its own key. We encourage a library-like ambiance respectful of others' privacy & quiet hours. Make your stay with us a harmonious balance of personal relaxation & shared experiences! There are 3 other rooms listed in this unit. The space We have designed your room to provide a comfortable & convenient stay. Your room is equipped with a smart TV for easy access to your favorite streaming services such as Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, & MAX. You will be sharing the bathrooms & kitchen with the other guests, but your room comes with its own microwave, fridge, & desk for your convenience. If you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure you have everything you need for a pleasant experience! Guest access At our place, you'll have access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room & bathrooms, with the exception of the other rooms which are reserved for other AirBnß guests. During your stay We are committed to ensuring that your stay is as comfortable & enjoyable as possible. We are always happy to help if you need anything during your stay. Other things to note **UPDATED CAMERA POLICY** We want to make sure that you feel safe & secure during your stay. Due to the size of our property we have reached out to AirBnB to ensure we follow camera policy exceptions. (We can provide their message to you if needed). We live in the other unit on the property & there are cameras located outside, in the entrance, main kitchen pointed at the sink, & downstairs pointed at the washer. Please note that rooms & bathrooms are not under surveillance, nor are any in there. All of our cameras are visible & are there for your protection. We have no reason to look through footage unless someone leaves the kitchen with dirty dishes or doesn't pay the $5 to use the washer & dryer for one load. **HIDDEN DISCOUNTS** Our property is perfect for extended stays & to save on your booking cost we recommend booking for 30 nights or more instead of 26-29 nights. (AirBnB gives you a hidden discount & waives the occupancy fee" typically around 10-14%) Please also note that there are other rooms in the house being rented out on Airbnb. We have a piano on the property that guests are welcome to play, but we kindly request that they consider the time & other guests' peace & quiet when doing so.
