Urban Nest, Bright and Airy room in Dumdum

Text me before Booking reservation. Greetings to Everyone, My place is in the prime location of the city, Dumdum, gives you acess to all the major transportation. While airport is 15 minutes away via bus, metro and railway station is 5 minutes away via auto. Unmarried couple are welcome with valid ID proof. While our space is not glamorous with fashionable features, it will definitely gives you the homely atmosphere. The space A small introduction to our place This is a 25-year-old property and ours is a 3BHK apartment on the 3rd floor. The building has no lift. In this 3BHK apartment, the guest room with an attached washroom, is equipped with all basic amenities. Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, and Urban Clap services are available. You can get access of medical shop, grocery store, sweet shops, restaurants within 50 meters distance from this place. Things to consider Flexible check in is possible in case the guest room is not occupied. No extra charges for flexible check in, however you can have access to amenities like AC, kitchen or washing machine only after check in time. Flexible check out is also possible in case I don't have any immediate booking. No extra charges for that, but you can have access to all amenities till checkout time only. This is a residential property, and all the security gates closed at sharp 11pm. So, in case you are out somewhere during your stay, try to reach within 10:45pm. Try to avoid loud music after 11:30pm. Be careful with consuming alcohol or cigerette (These are not prohibited, but careful with your and our safety). You will have your own room, so in case you have plans to go out, lock your room before leaving (please carry your lock and key). PLEASE MENTION IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE PET OR +1. Guest access Use of AC is included in the price. You can have access to our shared kitchen with all utensils. For that you have to pay 200/- extra perday. But, make sure you have all your ingredients. In case you want Lunch or Dinner from us, that can be provided upon discussion after your booking. you can use our refrigerator for storing food, no extra charges applied. You can also use our washing machine. for that 200/- will be charged per use. Make sure you have atleast 6 clothing item for each wash. No charges for Drinking water from our water purifier. No charges for using wifi. Other things to note In Urban Nest, you can also get lunch and Dinner facilities. Meals are simple and affordable. You always have option to use Kitchen as I mentioned before, but in case you are not using kitchen and want us to provide Lunch and Dinner, please inform during/after booking. **The details of meals and prices will be discussed after booking**
