Beachside Condo 2 Bed 2 Bath

This pirate themed condo is on the north side of the complex which offers a beautiful ocean view and spacious dune views. Second floor unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. This unit sleeps 6 guests and comes with 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sofa. The complex offers 2 elevators, a souvenir shop, a guest laundry room, outdoor showers, a restroom near the pool, free gas grills, a fish cleaning station, a kiddie pool, and a pool that is heated during the colder months. Guest access Guests will need to pick up their room keys and parking permit from the front desk. The office is located in the pool area. Other things to note Please note that our condo is only one of 74 units at the Island House. Each unit is privately owned; however, some owners elect Island House to manage their unit's rental. We ask that you are respectful of the Island House staff, and respect that outside of our rental, they cannot assist with items such as housekeeping, extra items etc. While the Island House offers 4 staircases and 2 elevators, the stairs that are closest to our unit are currently unavailable due to construction.
