Condominium Rules: -Pool Hours: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM -Noise/Music: Please lower noise/music levels by 10:00 PM to respect neighbors. -Electricity: 20 kWh per night included. Additional usage will be charged -Balcony: No wet clothing or unsupervised children on the balcony glass. -Pets: No pets allowed. -Parking: Assigned parking is located at the back of the building (Apartment 5B), with one additional parking available. -Pool Showers: Please rinse off excessive sand at the pool showers before entering the apartment and bathroom. Additional Information: -Electricity Outages: San Juan del Sur is a small town that can experience electricity outages, especially during the windy and rainy seasons. While this is beyond our control, the electric company typically resolves issues quickly. We have a small automatic ECO FLOW battery to help with room lights, fans, TV, and internet during outages. Please note: We DO NOT have a generator for A/C. -Drainage Care: Do not remove the drainage meshes in the kitchen. Please refrain from pouring oils or fats down the drain. If the drain becomes clogged, a fee will be charged for repairs. This also applies to shower drainage (excess sand or anything else). -Toilet Usage: Please do not flush wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. -Towel Policy: A charge will be applied for each beach or bath towel that is lost or damaged.
