Please request it during your stay. Guest access 🔑 Access and Parking Access to the property is completely independent using a personalized security code that you will receive before your arrival. Inside the garage, you will find a lockbox with the access keys and the remote control for the gate for your convenience. The garage can accommodate up to 4 compact vehicles parked tightly or 2 vehicles parked comfortably with greater maneuverability. 📹 Security For the safety of our guests and the property, we have video surveillance cameras only in the outdoor areas (entrances, garage and facade). There are no cameras in indoor spaces or private areas. Cameras must remain on and operating at all times during the stay. It is strictly forbidden to disconnect them, cover them, tamper with them or alter their operation. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. 👥 Visitors and Additional Guests Only people registered in the reservation may enter and stay on the property. Any additional person must be previously informed to and authorized by the host. Each additional guest will incur a charge of $350 MXN per night. In the event of unregistered or previously unreported persons entering, in addition to the corresponding fee for an additional guest, a penalty equivalent to an additional 30% of said fee will be applied for each person and for each night of stay. If there is any doubt regarding the number of guests, visitors or use of the property, please inquire before arrival to avoid additional charges. Otherwise, charges will be applied based on the evidence provided by the exterior cameras and at the host's discretion. Other things to note 🏡 Before booking Casa Vive Jalisco is a property with more than 40 years of history, carefully adapted to welcome families, sports teams, work groups and travelers seeking comfort, spaciousness and an excellent location in Guadalajara. We want to be transparent: this is not a new or luxury property. Like many houses with history, it retains some of its original character and may have details typical of its age. However, we perform ongoing maintenance and continuous improvements to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our priority has been to invest in what our guests value most: comfortable mattresses for a better rest, air conditioning in the rooms, spacious spaces for socializing, and a strategic location near the city's main points of interest. If you are looking for a completely new property or one with luxury finishes, this may not be the best option for you.
