The apartment is a private space in my house, with a private entrance. We divide a wooden wall. It will be your nearest neighbor. This place is family estate. Located on the main road 997 Destino. Just steps away from the market. It is worth mentioning that in the area you can hear cars and all the natural sounds of the island: chickens, dogs, cats, horses, cows and nocturnal insects. The space The property is a private family sector, my house is divided into 2 parts. 1 part is my home. The other side is the apartment for Airbnb. So there are quiet hours 8pm -8am. Let's be empathetic in sharing the place. Guest access There are 2 doors with a balcony. You can use the balcony with table and chairs that is at the main entrance. The balcony facing the main road is under construction, please use that door and exit only in case of emergency. The assigned parking is right in front of the property.
