The apartment is a private space in my house, with a separate entrance. A wooden wall divides us. I'll be your closest neighbor. This place is a family estate. Located on the main road 997 Destination towards La Esperanza. Just steps from the market. It is worth mentioning that cars, chickens, dogs, cats and horses can be heard in the area. The space The property is a private family sector, my house is divided into 2 parts. 1 part is my home. The other part is the apartment for Airbnb. Therefore there are quiet hours from 8pm -8am. Let's be empathetic when sharing the place. Quiet hours do not apply to roosters 🐓 or dogs, they will sing and bark at all hours. I have no control over that. Guest access There are 2 doors with a balcony. You can use the balcony with table and chairs that is at the main entrance. The balcony facing the main road is under construction, please use that door and exit only in case of emergency. The assigned parking is right in front of the property. Other things to note To prevent horses from entering the property, we close the main gate at night. Feel free to open and close it as many times as you like.
