Main level has full kitchen, dining, living room with new furniture and smart TV, full bathroom with shower, main bedroom with king size bed and second bedroom with 2 queen size beds in bunk bed config. Lower level has kitchenette, laundry (with supplies), bathroom with shower, main bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with 4 queen size beds in bunk configs, and a spacious living area with books and games for all ages. Smart TV and sofa. Outdoor games included, outdoor Jenga, disc golf, washers, (cornhole coming soon). Outdoors is amazing, the house backs up to a private area of Willow State park with trails and easy river access for swimming or fishing. It’s glorious. Only 1 mile from Willow State park entrance and about 8 minutes to downtown Hudson. There is an outdoor firepit with provided cut wood and fire starters. S’more sticks and starters are on the fridge. There is an outdoor raised deck with BBQ grill. It’s also a great area to catch some sun.
