The space Features of our home include: - 3 bedrooms with queen sized, comfortable beds & ample cupboard space - 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers & 1 with a bath - A fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances & utensils you'll need - A cozy living room & dining area with a fireplace - Expansive outdoor areas with stunning ocean views, perfect for braaing, entertaining or simply relaxing Amenities: - WiFi - Garage parking - Fully-equipped kitchen - Pool - Gas braai - Washing machine & tumble dryer - Iron & ironing board - Hairdryers - Toiletries & towels provided - Cooking basics provided House Rules: - No smoking indoors - No pets - No parties or events - No loud music - No additional guests or visitors without permission - No drones - Parking at our residence is limited to two designated spots, located strictly in front of the garage. Hill Top Street and the surrounding cul-de-sac is strictly for the residents only. No cars to be parked any where other than directly in front of the garage. If you anticipate having guests visit, please request permission from us in advance. If approved, we will require your guests to park in the village parking area and walk up to the house Guest access Entire home available to our guests with garage parking within walking distance to shops, cafes and the beach.
