On the border between Italy and Austria, the Friland Campanella cottage in Cima Moscardo is enveloped by the quiet winter atmosphere. The space Friland is the perfect opportunity to take a break from the routine and reconnect with nature, immersed in spectacular scenery. It is a tiny mobile and completely self-sufficient (off-grid) house, equipped with all the essential services for a comfortable stay. In just 12 square meters you will find everything you need: double bed, equipped kitchen, shower, toilet (not chemical) and heating. The space is simple but cozy, designed to offer intimacy, well-being, and silence. The large panoramic windows allow a total immersion in the surrounding landscape. The autonomy of the house is limited but designed for responsible and moderate use of water (for sanitary use) and electricity, guaranteed by an integrated water collection and management system and solar panels. The tiny house is thoroughly cleaned before each stay. Guest access The guest will be able to park about a hundred meters from the accommodation. The exact location will be provided 48 hours before check-in and a code with which to retrieve the keys independently.
