Beautiful stone apartment with private pool

Relax with the whole family at Le Prieuré. Situated in the Céou valley it has been totally renovated with some parts dating back to the 18th century. Built in local stone and set in 2 acres of leafy grounds, it is located just a stone's throw from the charming village of Saint Germain du Bel Air. Guests have exclusive use of the terrace, BBQ area and swimming pool. Four comfortable, light and airy rooms, each with private bathrooms, are stylishly decorated. The space My name is Annie and I would like to welcome you to Le Prieuré. Under previous ownership it was run as a very successful holiday rental and I would like to continue, even improve upon its reputation. Le Prieuré is split into two. I live in the left wing and our guests stay in the right wing. You have your own separate entrance with exclusive private access to the pool and surrounding gardens, patios/bbq areas. You also have free use of a washing machine and dryer. All four bedrooms have their own bathrooms with hairdryers and shower cream. On your arrival you will receive a welcome pack of locally sourced supplies. The seasonal pool is open from May until October, it is heated and has an alarm and fitted security shutter. It will be opened every day at 8am and closed at 8pm. Additional facilities include free use of our 9 bikes in a range of sizes to suit young children to adults. Please bring your own helmets. There are many great bike and walking trails in the area to take advantage of. For rainy days (and we hope we don't have many!) we have table tennis and table football set up in the garage, along with board games and TV (Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon) We are located a 5 minute walk from the village, where there is a general store, pharmacy, butcher and bakery. The larger town of Gourdon is only a 15 minute drive away. I pride myself on being discreet, but will be on hand to assist you with any enquiry during your stay. I look forward to meeting you. Guest access Outside, guests have exclusive use of the pool, surrounding gardens and patio area with outside dining table and charcoal BBQ. Private parking is on site to the side of the property. Inside, there's a kitchen/living area on the ground floor with access into the garage, where there is a ping pong table, table football and dart board. On the first floor there is a bedroom with queen bed and access to a patio area. It also has a private shower room. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two (or three) single beds. Each room has its own bath/shower room. Other things to note Le Prieuré is situated on a hillside (which is why we have such great views), however it does mean that we do not have step-free access to any of the bedrooms, so are not suitable for wheelchair users.
