Property: The house is gated for safety and privacy, with a versatile, multi-purpose front area of about 700SF, wrap-around outdoor space, and backyard pool area. Small gatherings such as family reunions are welcome- please let us know ahead of time! ** Entire property always private for you and your group. Small house will never be occupied by other guests during your stay** Parking: The driveway can accommodate 4 cars. The driveway gate can be operated with the manual LMK code pad or remote gate-opener for convenience. The gate is solar powered and reliable. Main House: The main house has 4 equal sized bedrooms of 150 SF. Each bedroom is unique - we hope you like them. The house has a central AC/heating unit that can be controlled from the thermostat located above the TV. Main House - Bathrooms: The 3 bathrooms in the main house are designed for comfort and efficiency. They were designed with themes of Moroccan and Spanish architecture in mind. Main House - Kitchen: The Kitchen is spacious and communal. It includes a modern kitchen island, motion sensor recycling & garbage disposal, large refrigerator storage & lots of counter space! The microwave is equipped with a cooking vent exhausting outward so your indoor air quality is preserved. We also have a toaster oven, electric kettle, and a coffee station. Main House - Common Area: The common areas of the house are laid out in a straight line, open-concept for comfort and access. We love this layout for friends and family! The Dining table can accommodate 6 adults for a tasty meal or a game of UNO. The kitchen island has additional seating. Laundry: The house comes with a laundry room for your convenience. An LG washer & dryer are available for your use. Pool area and backyard: Our large pool is well-maintained and receives a weekly cleaning and chemical balancing (usually every Friday.) The pool is maintained year round. ** please note that it is not heated, and we ask all guests to agree to our pool-safety rules when booking** The backyard also has outdoor shower, plenty of seating, sun bathing chairs, a sink, and large charcoal grill. Please let us know if you will be using the grill so we can accommodate your experience. Private pool house studio apartment: There is an additional pool house studio above the garage that will not be occupied during your stay. If you're interested in this space, please inquire! Access not included in this listing. Guest access Guest Access We want you to feel right at home! You’ll have full access to the main house, laundry room, front yard, backyard, driveway, and pool. The entire property is private and reserved exclusively for your group during your stay. The studio apartment will not be occupied by anyone else. Please note: The private studio apartment above the garage is not included in this booking (feel free to inquire if you need additional space! ). Guests do not have access to the garage. Other things to note The house is one block away from a lively area with restaurants and bars, so there may be street noise on the nights/weekends.
