We have everything from the pool table to hot tub, a nice pool with great dining patio, outdoor grill (gas and charcoal). Come and experience the house yourself! A prime location & luxury retreat. The space The property is a luxurious set up in a residential area so there will have to be some rules! We don’t allow loud parties, loud music during the quiet hours 10:30pm-8:00am. We treat everyone with utmost respect including our neighbors. They have young kids and elderly that need to rest at night and enjoy their evenings just as much as you guys want to enjoy yours so please do it in a mindful and respectful manner that keeps everyone happy. We take this very seriously and any unauthorized parties or dishonesty will have to be subject to fines/penalties or legal action (in extreme circumstances) against you from Airbnb and us! We’d love to host family and friends that enjoy a peaceful fun time during this lovely stay! Guest access Entire house and backyard with all its amenities including the pool. Please be sure to use amenities as it’s intended only. Note : Garage is only cosmetic and converted into an extra bedroom.
