Our house is located in the Aljarafe Sevillano, only 4km from downtown Seville, in downtown Tomares, but very easy to access and leave for Seville Shopping center and supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, around the house. The bus stop that takes you to downtown Seville is 50 meters away. There is a parking area 150m from the house There are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Self check-in available. On the first floor there is a new sofa bed, very comfortable and spacious and a full bathroom, ideal for those who cannot climb the stairs. Friday morning market in the area. Other things to note The house is located less than 100m from the bus stop that leaves you in downtown Seville, or a shuttle that leaves you at San Juan de Aznalfarache metro station. Both means leave you in downtown Seville. The easiest thing is the bus, it leaves you at the Plaza de armas station, in the downtown area. Timing photos of both means of transportation are included. Around the house there are shopping centers such as Ikea and Aire sur, which can be accessed by walking if you want. Also there are supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacies, bars and restaurants around the house. Everything is within easy reach, so you don't need to use a car if you don't want to. Distance from Tomares to Matalascañas Beach: 93 km (57 miles) by highway. Distance from Tomares to Isla Mágica: 7.5 km (4.7 miles). Distance from Tomares to Almonte Ermita del Rocío: 60 km by highway. Tomares – Italica 11 km At the roundabout next to the house, there are three bus stops that go to the metro: two of them go to San Juan Alto (Tomares ring road) and the other one follows the Mairena–Bormujos–Tomares route, which drops you off at the San Juan Bajo metro stop. In 4 stops, you are at Puerta Jerez, the heart of Seville. Likewise, there is paid and free 🅿️ available on the metro, so you can go directly by car, bypassing the shuttle bus. Tomares is very well connected to the Huelva highway, allowing you to reach its beaches and Almonte.
