Some of the house amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with an Italian porcelain top, a living room with an 86” TV, a home theater sound bar system, an interior dining table for 6 people, and two outside eating areas for 8 all with independent sound systems. A third-floor terrace that will bestow you with the most amazing sunsets and panoramic views of the beach, a gas BBQ grill, cable TV in all rooms, High-speed internet/Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, laundry facilities, a brand new 50-kilowatt generator, poolside shower, and bathroom, parking space for up to 10 cars. Guest access THE PROPERTY IS NOT SHARED WITH ANY OTHER GUEST. IT IS EXCLUSIVE FOR OUR GUESTS AND THEY CAN USE THE ENTIRE VILLA AND ALL ITS FACILITIES.
