Studio apartment for 2 with balcony

Studio Apartment on floor 2 (1st floor as known by European and US guests). Has one double bed. Small block of apartments in a safe quiet area. Swimming pool and sun loungers open to all guests. Short walk from many great cafes and restaurants. Multiple beaches within 3 miles. Owner lives on site and contactable at anytime of day and loves to give advice and local information. Other things to note We have swimming pool for guests only with a sun deck area to relax, strong wifi on all floors, a coin operated washing machine with clothes hanging area or smaller clothes hangers to place on your balcony. We have a communal kitchen area on the ground floor with extra appliances for cooking and a seating area by it. We also have a small gym area with free weights and bench available for guests to use. All apartments have air-con and a TV with streaming capabilities for your Youtube, Netflix etc. We require a 4000 baht cash security deposit on arrival and we have a charge for electric of 7baht per KW, payable at check out. Towels and bed sheets can be exchanged for fresh ones for a fee if needed. And you can book a room clean for a fee also. We have cleans equipment if you would like to clean your room for no charge. Please feel free to ask us for information about the area, there are great places to eat, get a massage or hang out at within a close proximity to our home.
