In such cases, a replacement charge will apply and must be settled before departure. - If there are blood stains on the bed linen, an additional cleaning charge will apply for stain removal, which will be processed during the checkout period. ☛ Swimming Pool Policy - Please avoid bringing glassware or glass bottles around or inside the swimming pool, and refrain from having food in the pool area. - Guests using the pool are responsible for their own safety, as there is no lifeguard on duty. - Eating and drinking in the pool area after 6 PM are strictly prohibited. A fine of 30,000 baht will be applied for any violations. ☛ No Parties or Loud Music - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited after 10 PM. Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction without a refund. ☛ Smoking Policy - Smoking cigarettes is strictly forbidden inside the apartment/villa. A 30,000 baht odor removal fee will apply, along with any additional charges for damages. - The use of weed, drugs, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside or outside the villa - Violations will incur a 50,000 baht odor removal fee and additional damage costs. ☛ In-House Policy - Hanging clothes on the balcony is not permitted. - While cooking, please use the kitchen hood or open the balcony door to prevent the smoke detector from being activated. ☛ No Fires or Open Flames - Fires on the deck, candles, and incense of any kind are not allowed. ☛ Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests and neighbors. ☛ Waste Disposal - Food waste must be disposed of promptly to avoid attracting ants and other pests into the property. ☛ Children’s Safety - Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. ☛ Toilet Usage - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet (e.g., sanitary pads, wipes). Thailand's plumbing systems are sensitive, and clogs may result in repair costs ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 baht. - Use the garbage bin provided for disposing of non-flushable items. ☛ Pets Policy - Service animals are not permitted due to Thai law. Violations may result in local authorities' involvement and eviction without a refund. - Pets are not allowed on the property. If you bring pets without prior approval, a 20,000 baht fine will be imposed, and you may be asked to leave the property immediately. ☛ Key Policy - In case of a lost key card or remote, a replacement fee of 5,000 baht will be charged.
