Welcome to Your Red Rock Retreat! Our cozy, family‑friendly home sits near stunning Red Rock views, just minutes from Tuacahn Theater, Snow Canyon, and an hour from Zion. Enjoy the hot tub, cool off in the non‑heated pool, or relax by the fire pit under the stars. Your private basement suite is located in a quiet cul‑de‑sac, includes a kitchenette, living area, bathroom, and laundry. Please note: The basement suite does not have a separate exterior entrance. The suite features a well‑equipped kitchenette with a toaster, coffee maker, stovetop, microwave, and dishes—perfect for simple meals or a relaxed morning coffee before exploring the area. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: • A toddler‑friendly climbing gym • A large TV and comfy couch • A high‑quality air mattress that sleeps two • A private bathroom • A separate sleeping area with a full bed • A private kitchenette space with a microwave, toaster, stove top and coffee maker. You also have a laundry room You’ll have the entire lower level to yourself, offering plenty of privacy. Outside, you’ll have access to a backyard with a trampoline, hot tub, BBQ, a spacious (non‑heated) pool, and a welcoming fire pit—perfect for relaxing, playing, or stargazing after a day of adventure. While we live upstairs, we’re rarely seen and always respectful of your space. You may also meet Tango, our sweet and friendly small dog who loves making new friends.
