For all bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a Stamp Duty is applied, pursuant to Ministerial Decree 17/06/2014. It is also mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid identity document for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S., in order to transmit the data to the competent authorities (Police Headquarters – Questura). Payment of the Tourist Tax is required and must be made directly through our management system at the end of the online check-in process. Other things to note During extended stays, guests may request a linen change at a cost of €15.
