It is mandatory to complete all steps in order to receive the access instructions for the accommodation. At the time of check-in, signing a Tourist Rental Agreement is required, as provided by the current regulations of the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate). For all bookings with a rental amount exceeding €77.47, a €2 stamp duty is applied in accordance with Ministerial Decree of 17/06/2014, to be paid at the time of online check-in. It is also mandatory to complete the online check-in form and provide a valid identity document for all guests, as required by Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S., in order to transmit the data to the competent authorities (Police Headquarters – Questura). Payment of the Tourist Tax is required and must be made directly through our management system at the end of the online check-in process. Other things to note During extended stays, guests may request a linen change at a cost of €15.
