Natural views, on the low-rise building over the backyard and the suburban area, are beautiful and worth to rent alone. The building is quiet, safe, and not far from a big night market (Nok Hook), a prominent temple (Wat Chomphuwek), and MRT sky train (MRT Purple Line at Yaek Nonthaburi 1 station). It is located in between Bang Yai district (in Nonthaburi) and Bangken district (in Bangkok). Quick thing to note - due to air pollution in Thailand, to protect you against air pollution, quality air purifier is installed in a room for free as complimentary! Each unit kitchen area has a microwave, a hotplate, a toaster, pots, pans, a hood for air ventilation, and utensils to cook up a homemade meal. Each unit bed room and living room area has a fridge, 32-inch TV, Thai triangle cushion, shelves, folding tables, chairs, clothes rack, gold mosaic wall tiles with many charming Thai display, and a beautiful statue of Emerald Buddha. Each unit room has a powerful air conditioner for cool comfort after exploiting hot Thailand, and a deadbolt door lock with keyless entry. FACIAL SCAN is required to access the condominium entrance; therefore, you will need to register your face at condominium administration office by scanning it into the system. Please prepare your passport ready. Furthermore, broadband internet with Fiber Optic inside a room is available as complimentary. Please note that high speed internet WiFi connection is also available at condominium gym area. There are medium firmed single-sized folding leather mattresses, and pillows; the number of mattresses and pillows are provided depending on the number of guests. For example, if you book for 3 adults, three single-sized mattresses will be provided to accommodate all three guests. The building is safe and is considered upmarket for the general Thai people.
