Central Gippsland countryside, spectacular views!

Take it easy at this scenic and tranquil getaway, take a walk along nearby country trails or simply relax and watch the colours change as the sun arcs across the valley. This self-contained unit is part of the main residence, and has a separate entrance. The bedroom sliding glass door opens onto a long verandah. The setting is rural, being 3.5 km from the small town of Yallourn North (Grocery store and hotel), and a 10 minute drive from Moe. The space 16 acres of sloping bush and grazing land, with fruit trees and a chicken run within the large garden area. The property is entirely dependent on rain water, which is good to drink. Across the road is an enormous forestry plantation suitable for bushwalking or mountain biking. Similarly, we are very close to Lake Narracan which is popular for boating and bushwalks. Guest access The unit includes a full kitchen and has a split-system air-conditioning system. There is a BBQ in the covered area outside the unit which is private from the rest of the house. The dedicated work desk is an electric stand-up style with a monitor, laptop stand and printer. The hot-tub is located in a renovated area inside the shed, with a bathroom. The rowing machine and ping-pong table are also in the shed. Other things to note I keep two horses on the property and use electric fences to contain them. The horses are not pets and should be left alone, please.
