Centrally located to downtown Ft Myers and Cape Coral. The space Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car garage private home with a fully screened heated pool and lanai area with lounge chairs, patio with seating area and private dock with seating area and canal access . Pool chairs, Pool Toys and Pool towels are provided. A Private dock on the water is the perfect spot for enjoying this Tropical Oasis. You will experience your first breathtaking sunset as the sky is lit up with stunning coral hues. We decorated the interior in a light blue color pallet to bring the outside, inside. The home is meticulously decorated and designed to make guests feel like they are truly on a luxury Florida vacation. Two of the bedrooms have new King beds and the master has a water view. There is Dedicated Office space. Also featuring a 75" and (2) 65" smart TV's. If cycling is your pleasure, there are 3 adult bikes in the garage with helmets for both. We have 2 kayaks with life vests for your paddling pleasure! GREAT ROOM - has all new furniture, a 75” flat screen smart tv and opens to the outdoor pool area with the floor to ceiling pocket sliders. MASTER BEDROOM - The master is a beautiful king suite oasis! This king suite offers a stunning view of the pool and canal as guests may sip coffee in bed or can step outside the master sliding doors to the lounge chairs or bistro sitting area. Guests will love the new luxury mattress and flat screen TV. The master bath has 2 separate sink vanities and a walk in shower and large tub. The master also has a large walk-in closet. GUEST BEDROOMS: All new Mattresses in the two guest bedrooms. These bedrooms share a double sink bathroom vanity and shower. The 3rd bathroom is accessed from the pool area. The king guest room has a 65” smart tv. Guest room 2: 1 Full size day bed and 1 twin size trundle with all new mattresses. The living room has a new queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home, private pool and dock. Other things to note We provide towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags and a mini hotel sized soap/shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. It should be enough to start your stay, if you run out there are many nearby stores! Please note the electric fee for pool heating from November- April is $15.00 per day which is payable prior to check in.
