The guest rooms are two Western-style rooms on the second floor. If you wish for barrier-free access or if there are more than 6 persons, we will guide you to a Western-style room on the first floor (open the sliding doors to 16 tatami mats). One person can stay in a private room for the same price. Private rooms can be reserved for 3 or more persons on the second floor only. Please make sure to inform us of your wishes at the time of booking. The space Two beds in each room, plus a set of Japanese-style bedding when three people are in the room. Handmade table tennis tables are available but are slightly smaller than the international standard size. They are usually folded up. Please ask to use it. Rackets, nets and balls are at your disposal. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Detergent is available, so please use it freely. There is no dryer, so please dry your clothes indoors or use the clothesline on the second-floor balcony. Guest access The living room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor can be used after check-out until 12.00 pm (including the time to return them to their original state after use). After check-out, the Japanese-style room, bath and washroom cannot be used. The kitchen is equipped with electric cookers, pressure cookers, pots, pans, microwave ovens, toasters, hot plates, takoyaki cookers, mixers, coffee mills and other household utensils and tableware. Coffee beans, milk, coffee sugar, drippings, seasonings (sugar, salt, miso, pepper), etc. are at your disposal (free of charge). Other things to note On the first day, we will ask you to fill out the guest list and present your ID card. Foreign nationals will also be asked to present their passport and submit a copy. For groups of 3 or more, only the 2nd floor can be reserved for private parties. Please be sure to mention in your message when making a reservation if you wish to reserve the room for a private party. Please note that if you do not mention it, or if there is already a reservation for one or two persons in another room, the kitchen, living room, bath, etc., will be shared. In order to preserve the satoyama environment and protect the living environment, please refrain from fireworks and smoking. Everyone in the community lives very peacefully in a quiet environment. Sudden fireworks, smoking, throwing away cigarette butts, and illegal parking are very disturbing to local residents. In addition to overnight stays, the building hosts a monthly “Minna no Nico Nico Diner” (children's cafeteria). We also value the public nature of the building as it is widely used by many people for university seminars, local club activities, etc. Smoking inside and outside the building is strictly prohibited, as it causes fire hazards, smoke pollution, and the smell of cigarettes, which can be very disruptive to all users. Smoking, fireworks, loud noise, and littering inside and outside the building are strictly prohibited. Two bicycles are available in the storage room (one for men and one for women, free of charge). Bicycles can be used before check-in and after check-out. If you need more than one bicycle for your group, you can make a reservation at [Oide Nasee] in front of Ogawa Station (rental bicycles are available for a fee). Please let us know in advance if you wish to use them. In Japan, each region has its own rules for garbage separation. It is difficult to separate garbage correctly if you are new to the area. Our staff will carefully sort the garbage in detail. Please use cleanliness by putting leftover food in the sink and food scraps in a plastic bag, close the mouth, and throw it into a bucket. Leaving piles of pots, pans and dishes in the sink after use can lead to flies, other insects and odours, which cannot be maintained. Your cooperation is appreciated.
