Guest access This apartment has a terrace and access to a community pool. Other things to note IMPORTANT: The following amounts are not included in the rental price and will be charged upon arrival at the property: UTILITY CHARGES. An additional €200 per month will be charged to cover utility fees (water, electricity, wifi). If the bills add up to a higher amount, the tenant will be asked to pay the difference. AGENCY COMMISSION: €175 + VAT per month will be charged. LATE CHECK-IN: For arrivals from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm: €40 For arrivals from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm: €60 EARLY CHECK-IN (before 3:00 pm): subject to availability and an early check-in fee of €40. Please note that in case the apartment is being cleaned, the early check-in fee still applies and you can ONLY leave your luggage in the apartment, take the keys and return when the cleaning is finished (around 3pm). PETS: Your furry friends are more than welcome to our apartment!
