This beautiful, recently renovated loft is in the heart of historic downtown Chillicothe. Built in the 1840's, this space features soaring 11’ ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen and private parking. You will have the entire space to yourself and be within walking distance to all downtown has to offer; shopping, breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and beautiful Yoctangee Park. You will be steps away from the historic Majestic Theater as well as a downtown trolley stop. Please note, the loft is located on the second floor, the stairs are a bit steep and for this reason, we do not recommended our space for the elderly or small children.
