If no damage occurs and check-out is on time, the deposit will be refunded after deducting electricity fees. In Thailand, many rentals don’t include electricity to keep things fair. Usage can vary a lot—some guests use about 30 kWh a day, while others leave the AC running even when they’re not in the villa, which can push usage to 100 kWh a day. Including electricity in the price would be unfair to guests who save energy, like you. 【Breakfast Information】 We serve a American-style breakfast (charged separately), each portion includes: 1.Toast, fried eggs, bacon, pork sausage, chicken sausage, and seasonal vegetables. 2.Beverages: Fresh juice, coffee, and lemon water. All ingredients are freshly sourced from Makro or Lotus supermarkets and prepared on-site in the villa kitchen by our housekeeper.
