Every inch of this apartment has been thoughtfully curated to ensure a seamless and high-quality Mediterranean holiday. ### Peaceful & Cool Bedroom Designed for a restful night's sleep, the bedroom features a 160x190cm bed with a premium 24cm IKEA VALEVÅG mattress (medium-soft). A spacious wardrobe is available for all your belongings. Naturally Cool: The room faces the street and stays shaded from direct sunlight, keeping it naturally temperate even in the Spanish summer. While there isn't a dedicated A/C unit in this room, it is easily cooled by the main unit in the living area. The Beach Box: Inside the bedroom, you’ll find our "Beach Kit"! We provide an umbrella, chairs, snorkeling masks, kids' toys, a shopping trolley, and even a beach/camping cart to make the 8-minute walk to the shore effortless. ### Versatile Living Area The bright living room is equipped with Air Conditioning and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout. However, if you are seeking total seclusion or a "silent" environment, this may not be the ideal choice. Bedroom & Street Noise: The bedroom faces a neighborhood street. Because this is a traditional Spanish building, you may hear the sounds of local life, passing cars, or the neighborhood waking up. We recommend light sleepers bring earplugs or use the fan/AC for a bit of white noise. Community Harmony: We take the "Quiet Hours" and urbanization rules seriously to maintain a relaxed atmosphere for everyone. We ask our guests to respect these rules, especially around the pool area. Climate Control: Please remember the apartment uses Air Conditioning for both cooling and heating.
