Come enjoy a fantastic experience! The space This flat is approximately 950 sqft. It is one level with a combined living and sleeping space. A pocket door separates this area from the spacious updated kitchen. Just beyond the kitchen is the second sleeping area that includes a daybed and trundle. Beyond the daybed is the washer/dryer unit and a full bath. Just beyond the full bath is an exterior door leading to the cozy outdoor patio equipped with a small grill just enough outdoor patio area for a few people to relax in a private outdoor oasis. This space is cozy yet functional, and most comfortable for a couple or small family! Guest access The entire space is available for guest use during a current reservation. Other things to note PARKING There is usually street parking available on the street of the unit—daily fee ($7-10) via Park Mobil app. If there is not parking available on East street, please travel east on East street—2 blocks there is almost always parking available at the intersection of Prince George’s Street and East street. There is parking available on either side of the street in this area, thus offering ample opportunity to find a parking spot. There are also three parking garages within walking distance if street parking is ever a problem (cost:$15/daily rate) all rates are typical—but costs could vary based on season and special events.
