Gold standard approved - This cozy modern beach cabin is new and located right on the beach, in the village only 10 minutes walking to the bars and restaurants in a quiet and safe neighborhood facing the sandy beach, a gorgeous view on the Placencia bay, and the landscaped beach garden of Ohana Beach house with plenty of space for relaxing, playing, swimming, and having good time. Guest access 1- Direct access to the BEACH of Placencia at your door step. 2- Direct access to the famous PLACENCIA SIDEWALKright from the parking gate leading to Placencia village in only 10-15 minutes walking, crossing restaurants, bars gift shops and tours shops, going all the way to the Placencia pier. 3- Access to your private portion of the Ohana beach garden area with hammocks, lounge chairs, white sand and swinging palms. 4- Complimentary Acces to one sea KAYAK for water adentures. Access to Ohana parking, safe and gated. 5- NO ACCESS TO OHANA / PIKNI house SWIMMING POOL, kayaks, nor to the outdoor areas surrounding the large house which is private and exclusively reserved reserved for its guests. Other things to note 1- The Placencia beach club is right next door few sandy steps North to the cabana offering a nice swimming pool on the beach, cocktails, snacks and delicious menu for all your cravings !...worth giving it a visit ! 2- Do not try using Ohana swimming pool please - its usage is exclusively restricted to the large beach house guests 3- FYI : We do have SECURITY CAMERAS ONSITE for your safety. they are exclusively and responsibly monitored by Ohana management. They are clearly disclosed with stickers on both entrance gates. There are 2 cameras on the parking, 1 camera watching the beach in front of the cabana, and 1 watching the volleyball field by the cabana. None is directed to the cabana or inside the cabana. We do respect privacy !
